OBJECTIVE
Create a centralized content hub that could support multiple goals across the customer journey — from lead generation to education and post-sale enablement. The Resource Center needed to drive traffic, convert prospects, and serve as a valuable tool for both sales and customer success.
WHAT I DID
- Developed the concept, structure, and strategy for the Resource Center from scratch
- Built the entire site myself using HubSpot CMS
- Created and led the content strategy (topics, formats, lifecycle alignment)
- Wrote all landing page copy and guided visual layout and flow
- Collaborated cross-functionally with Sales and CS to ensure content aligned with buyer and customer needs
