OBJECTIVE
Build a scalable way to deliver value to Hive’s partners, educate them on our integration, and make it easy for them to refer new business. The goal was to strengthen partner relationships while driving qualified leads through co-branded, self-serve assets.
WHAT I DID
- Designed and built custom Partner Portals using HubSpot CMS
- Created co-branded content for each partner, including landing pages, guides, FAQs, and email scripts
- Led the content and messaging strategy to align with each partner’s audience and use case
- Hosted enablement sessions to walk partners through the portal and ensure adoption
