OBJECTIVE
Created a tactical playbook for concert promoters that served as a full-funnel asset: a top-of-funnel lead magnet, a sales enablement tool, and an educational resource for existing customers. The campaign generated qualified inbound interest, deepened trust with clients, and positioned Hive as a thought leader in the live events space.

- Created a downloadable playbook: The Playbook for Concert Promoters
- Structured the guide around the five stages of a concert marketing cycle
- Integrated Hive product features and templates throughout the content
- Designed the asset in collaboration with internal brand and design teams
- Repurposed the playbook into a webinar to extend reach
- Developed landing pages, emails, and social content to promote both assets
